Transcripts

 

 

DO NOT email your own transcript!

We accept only official transcripts directly from your school. Your transcript must show your coursework and grades for 9th-11th grade, including grades from the current year*.

There are three ways your school can send a transcript (please choose only one way to send):

1. 1. If your school uses Parchment, please send within Parchment to Summer Science Program.
   2. Ask your registrar, counselor, or other school official to email a transcript to admissions@ssp.org.
   3. If your school does not email transcripts, ask them to mail (or give to you in a sealed, signed envelope to mail) to:

*If your transcript does not include grades from the current year, YOU may email a copy of your report card (classes and grades from the current school year only) to admissions@ssp.org.  This is only necessary if your transcript doesn’t not show this year’s grades.  We will let you know via your status page if current classes are not on your transcript.

If you attended different schools for 9-11th grades, your current school may include a copy of your previous school’s transcript OR you must ask your previous school to mail or email your official transcript.  If you requested transcripts from two or more schools (for example, if you have taken a community college class) please use the “note to SSP’ on the short answer page to list the transcripts expected.
