All application parts are due by 11:59 pm Pacific time on the published deadline date.
- Feb. 2, 2018 for international applicants (those who are not U.S. citizens nor permanent residents, regardless of school location, and U.S. citizens and permanent residents who attend school outside the U.S.)
- March 2, 2018 for U.S. citizens and permanent residents (green card holders) attending school in the U.S.
International Applicants – if you receive a new test score (such as the TOEFL or SAT) after 2/2, please add it to the test score page and email a copy of the report to email@example.com.
It may take 2-3 days after an application piece arrives for us to log it in on your status page. Also, it may take 2-3 days after you think your application is complete for us to review and mark it as complete. The process for marking applications complete is not automatic; a staff person will check for completeness before it is marked complete. For example, if your teacher completes an online recommendation on Tuesday, it may be Friday before complete is marked. Allow a week for most mailed items to arrive, plus 2-3 days to process. If after 3 days you think we have missed an application piece or have not marked it complete, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
However, it is your responsibility to continue to check your status page to make sure your application is complete, and notify email@example.com on Monday, February 5 (International) or Monday, March 5 (US) if your application is not marked complete but you think it should be. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
Admission decisions are shown here and simultaneously emailed about mid-March for students outside the US, mid-April for students in the US. If your application is shown as complete but there is no admission decision, it has not yet been made.
