Today we spent the entire day in the lab, working on the Bradford assays and determining the concentration of our proteins. This was an extremely labor intensive process and many of us had a hard time trying to finish the lab work on time. By the end of the lab, most of us were tired of micropipetting solutions again and again. Fortunately, my group only had to repeat the trial one more time to get desired results, so we did not have to return to the lab after dinner. At night, me and a few participants went to the computer lab to finish our assignments (we definitely did not play roblox).
