Hello, everyone! My name is Nastia and I’m from Ukraine. The end of the first week at SSP is approaching and everyone is a little tired, but still very excited about everything that is going on around us.
After two lectures and a change of bacteria medium, we all went to explore the city together. We were amazed by the number of super cute shops and cafes we met along the way. To escape the terrible heat, we bought ice cream, which turned out to be very, very tasty. Some people went for bubble tea, but we decided to have lunch at a local Mexican restaurant. It was sooo good!
After we got back to our dorms, we played some board games to relax and reboot and then get back to our favourite chemostats 🙂
