Hi! My name is Angie and I’m a rising senior from Houston, Texas. Today marks the start of my second week at SSP, and I’m excited to see what this week brings on!
After autoclaving our chemostat more than 6 times in the past 2 days, we were finally able to properly set our experiment up and get it running today!
After a long day of lectures and labs, we actually had a bit more leisure time before formal dinner, which I spent taking a much-needed nap. Being at SSP for a little over a week has increased my appreciation towards pillows and blankets.
Formal dinner today took place in a nice area above our usual dinning place. I loved being able to clearly hear my tablemates and have fun conversations!
