Welcome to SSP day five! We are having a great time and feeling incredibly lucky to be here. The participants are all still getting used to navigating the campus and dealing with the intense heat wave hitting Indiana right now. Learning from our amazing professors and TA’s has been transformative during these first few days. So much has gone on and we have made great progress on our fungal pathogen research. Each day we become closer with each other as we continue to become one big family. The girls and I have had lots of fun doing puzzles and playing card games together. Each day SSP gets even better and I’m so excited to see where we all go!
